Sources close to Demi’s family tell JJJ that she’s more than thankful for her fans support. “She is so grateful to all of her fans for their unbelievable support, and looks forward to being able to talk to all of them very soon,” they shared.

Demi Lovato was spotted in Santa Monica on Friday, having come home from an Illinois rehab center earlier this week after completing a 90-day in-patient treatment program.
Lovato entered treatment in late October after a meltdown while touring in Latin America with the Jonas Brothers.
If and when the 18-year-old will return to work on her “Sonny With a Chance” TV show is still undecided, according to a source close to Lovato. “Demi’s management will inform us when she is able to return to work,” a Disney Channel spokeswoman said.
Lovato quit the tour to seek “medical treatment for emotional and physical issues she has dealt with for some time,” her camp said at the time, later noting that Lovato had fought eating disorders, was bullied at school and had struggled with cutting. Any substance abuse issues have been consistently denied.
The “Camp Rock” star allegedly got in a fight with tour dancer Alex Welch, giving her a black eye; Welch’s attorney said in December that the matter had been “resolved amicably and completely,” heading off any threatened lawsuits.
A source told People that Lovato will continue outpatient work with doctors in L.A. “For now, she is getting back to her regular routine and spending time with her family and close friends,” the source said.
“I want to make sure my fans know how thankful I am for all their love, support and prayers during this difficult time,” read a note posted on Lovato’s Facebook page on Jan. 8, shortly after she’d won two People’s Choice Awards. “Thank you for standing beside me through it all.”
“Sonny With a Chance” stars Lovato as a girl from Wisconsin who lands a spot on a teen sitcom, learning some lessons along the way.

The actress has “completed her prescribed treatment and an outpatient program near the treatment facility,” a source close to Lovato tells PEOPLE. “For now, she is getting back to her regular routine and spending time with her family and close friends.”
Lovato checked into a treatment center for “emotional and physical issues” in late October after a fight with a dancer, Alex Welch, on the Jonas Brothers World Tour. What was described as a “short, physical altercation” was settled in time for Christmas, and Welch told PEOPLE she is “ready to move on.”
In November, a source close to the family told PEOPLE that “Demi knows she needs the help and knows that she is where she needs to be right now.”
Earlier this month, the singer took to her official Facebook page to express her gratitude to fans who stuck by her. “I want to make sure my fans know how thankful I am for all their love, support and prayers during this difficult time,” Lovato wrote. “Thank you for standing beside me through it all.”
