It seems that there are two different covers to the issue, but until Seventeen releases the official cover we will not know which one is the official cover.

Actress and singer Miley Cyrus called Lance Cpl. Ian Hart to show her regret for not being able to attend the Marine Corps Ball with him. The Marine, however, accepted an invitation from the Cyrus family to have dinner.
Marine Corps Lance Corporal Ian Hart accepted an invitation from country singer Billy Ray Cyrus Wednesday to join the Cyrus family for a meal in Toluca Lake, after the singer’s daugher, Miley Cyrus, declined a gutsy video invitation to attend a Marine Corps ball on Camp Pendleton on Saturday.
She called Marine Lance Cpl. Ian Hart, while her father recorded a SiriusXM radio show Wednesday, to tell him she regrets not being able to attend, according to a SiriusXM news release.
“I am so bummed that I can’t be there, I would have loved to meet you,” Cyrus told Hart, according to the release. “I want to thank you for everything that you do and for keeping everybody safe… you are heroes to a lot of people and it was a big honor that you asked me… thank you so much.”
The elder Cyrus was there promoting “I’m American”, a Veterans Day special premiering November 11, at 2:00 pm ET on SiriusXM Patriot channel 125.
We heard you’re going to be in a movie with Miley. What was she like to work with her?
“She’s so beautiful and sweet. I actually got to hang out with her little Noah too. Her Mom produced it, but I met her more as Miley’s Mom than a producer, which was nice.”
Tell us about the movie…
“It’s called LOL. I play a character who’s really different from Alice, but I think the fans will still enjoy it. I hope they do. It’s addressing modern day technology and the effects that it can have on young people. You know, the internet and camera phones and things like that.”
Miley is someone we hear so many rumours about. Did she surprise you in a way?
“She showed up on time every single day. She’s such a cool girl. I think it’s unfortunate that there are so many rumours about her.”

The Phillip Island-born hunk and Who magazine sexiest people honouree admits there is nothing sexier than watching his Hannah Montana girlfriend, er, dribbling while eating.
“There is this place in Nashville called Steak and Shake, which is pretty much the best food, ever. That is our secret, sexy place to go,” he told Who magazine.
“When I look over at her when she’s biting into a steak sandwich and there is some steak sauce dripping down her chin, there is nothing sexier than that.”
But the rugged romeo admitted he had no idea what Miley found sexy about him.
“I’m still trying to figure it out. I’m kind of a goof,” he said.
