Demi recently sat down with MTV’s “10 on top”(she was #1 on this weekend’s countdown!) to answer some fan questions.
One of the Q’s was: “When will ‘Shut Up and Love Me be released?”. Demi wrote “Love Me” with John Mayer in 2009 while recording for that year’s Here We Go Again album release. The song was shelved, and didn’t appear on Lovato’s 3rd record either.
“We’re trying to find the right place on an album where it fits,” Lovato answered. “The last two albums it hasn’t really fit, so maybe the next one it’ll be released.” (Maybe?) good news for Lovatics who’ve been waiting years to hear the track!
