ALSO, congratulations to Miley – she took home two surfboards tonight! She won Choice Hottie and Choice Fashion Icon! Unfortunately, she wasn’t able to attend the show, but Ian Somerhalder (who won Choice Male Hottie) accepted the award for her. Miley thanked her parents, and most of all her fans.
