Miley Cyrus took part in a “Rock the Vote” PSA for the upcoming 2012 elections. Miley was joined by Katy Perry, Kathy Griffin, and more to help spread the word to vote in this year’s elections.
Many of our favorite stars tweeted some fun photos of Miley from the shoot, along with the slogan “Rock the Vote”. You can expect to see the new PSA in the next few weeks, since the election takes place at the beginning of November.

ALSO, MTV News caught up with the some of the US women’s gymnastics teams after a press conference earlier today, where they were asked who they were most excited to see at the MTV Video Music Awards this Thursday. McKayla Maroney said:
“For me, probably Miley Cyrus. I’m very excited to meet her. I’ve been watching her on TV since I was very little and I love her music, and I’m just super-excited to get to even meet her.”
