24 10 2012

We can’t wait to hear Demi Lovato’s upcoming fourth album–and it looks like she may have given fans a sneak peek on Twitter!

Last night, Demi tweeted what looks like lyrics from one of her new songs!

We’re just as excited as you are to get this glimpse into a new Demi song.

Here’s what she tweeted:

“Can you be my nightingale? Sing to me so I know you’re there…

We’ll never fall apart…..
cause we fit together like.. two pieces of a broken heart…. ❤

I hate you, don’t leave me,
I feel like I can’t breathe,
Don’t touch me.. just hold me.

Cause I want you to love me,
But I need you to trust me,
Stay with me… set me free.”

Demi followed up the song lyrics by tweeting:

We can’t wait to hear how these lyrics translate into a new song-power ballad or up-tempo single? What do you think?

It’s not the first hint about her upcoming album that Demi has dropped recently. In an interview with Popsugar, the star mentioned that she “would LOVE” to collaborate with “X Factor” co-star Britney Spears on a new song.

She also said that fans can expect a less dance floor-ready pop album this time around.

“No dubstep for me, I’m good,” Demi told Popsugar. “I miss hearing real instruments on the radio — I want to be able to bring that back to pop radio.”

Demi is also working the album in the same studio as “Glee” star Lea Michele, who is recording her first solo album. Last week, Michele tweeted:

ALSO, Demi talking about bullying and Amanda Todd at We Day:

Over the past year, singer and actress Demi Lovato has used her platform to speak out about her struggles with bullying and give hope to her millions of fans who find themselves in similar situations. With the tragic news on Canadian teen Amanda Todd taking her life after enduring years of bullying, MUCH’s Lauren Toyota caught with Lovato at Vancouver’s We Day to get her thoughts on Todd and the state of bullying today.
