Demi Lovato was interviewed for New Music Live on Muchmusic recently to discuss her tour, working with Britney Spears on the X-Factor, & Niall from 1D. Liz from Muchmusic interviewed Demi about the Irish boyband member and their budding relationship: “They think Niall and I flirt while talking on Skype but in reality all he does is eat in front of the camera.”

“We’ve become really close friends, and I’m really grateful that I have someone who supports me in all aspects,” Demi dished. “If I need someone to talk to, he’s there. But we’re not dating, I’m single.”

This is the longest Demi’s been single, and she’s taking this time to learn more about herself!
