How’s this for a star sighting?
None other than Miley Cyrus has been spotted vacationing in the Bahamas. What’s more, the gal was gracious enough to pose for a photo with one of her fans.
“MILEY CYRUS IS IN HOPE TOWN AND I MET HER,” Brittainy Trevathan tweeted on June 30 along with a photo of herself and the 20-year-old pop star.
Meanwhile, another eyewitness noted on Twitter, “My dad ran into Miley Cyrus in the Bahamas………”
Of course, if anyone deserves a little R&R, it’s Cyrus. After all, she’s been quite busy lately.
Last week, the “We Can’t Stop” singer attended Y100’s Mack-a-Palooza at the Clevelander hotel in Miami Beach, where she was caught twerking in a short black jumpsuit and snapping several sexy selfies.
Not to mention getting dangerously close on Saturday to suffering a double nip slip at an iHeartRadio event.
And last Wednesday, she jetted from L.A., after swinging by Jimmy Kimmel Live the night before, to New York for an appearance on Good Morning America.
Sitting down with GMA‘s Amy Robach, Cyrus spilled on the status of her engagement to actor Liam Hemsworth.
Noting the big rock on her finger, Robach wondered whether wedding bells were in Cyrus’ future, especially since she was spotted without her ring in March, sparking rumors of a split.
But Cyrus made it clear she and Hemsworth are still very much together.
And when asked about the media’s obsession with her personal life given that she’s grown up in the public eye, Cyrus didn’t addess the matter head-on, but did praise those fans who’ve stuck by her.
“My whole thing is, haters are gonna hate, but haters are also going to click on your YouTube video just to watch it so I don’t really care,” she said. “You helped me break the record. Even if you were watching just to hate on me, and now I hold the record, so I win.”
